Refund policy

Customers can request an exchange at Beautyfixxshop@gmail.com within 7 days after the package is delivered, (without damaging the product and packaging) pieces.

 

Items must be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Please return it to us in its original condition. Please note that original shipping will not be refunded for any exchanges. If you would like to make an exchange, email us at Beautyfixxshop@gmail,com specifying your order number and which items you will be returning. The cost of return shipping is covered by buyers Please note that the request for an exchange must be made within 7 days. Once we receive the package, we will carefully inspect all items.
